ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Entry Qualifications for Business Administration and Records, Archives and Information Management.

Basic Technician Certificate Courses (BTC) - NTA Level 4

  • Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E) Form IV with at least Four (D) passes excluding religious subjects. OR
  • NVA Level Two or Three (Trade Test Grade 1) from VETA in any relevant field of study.
  • Duration of the course: Two semester (1 year).


Entry Qualification for Technician Certificate Courses (TC) - NTA Level 5

  • Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (A.C.S.E.E) - Form VI with at least one principal pass or more excluding religion subjects.
  • Certificate of Secondary Education with Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in relevant courses recognized by NACTE.
  • Duration of the course: Two semester (1 year).


Entry Qualification for Ordinary Diploma NTA Level 6

  • Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E) Form IV with at least Four (D) passes excluding religious subjects.
  • Technician Certificate (NTA Level 5) in relevant course recognized by NACTE.
  • Duration of the course: Two semester (1 year)


Entry Qualifications for Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Basic Technician Certificate Course (BTC) - NTA Level 4

  • Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (C.S.E.E) Form IV with at least Four (D) passes in Chemistry and Biology excluding religious subjects.
  • Duration of the course: Two semester (1 year).
